Who reads my answers?
Only the team. Your matchmaker reads every answer personally, including the open ones.

Where do my photos go?
Photos stay with the team. A short profile is shared only with a person you have agreed to meet.

Who knows I applied?
Only the team. The person who referred you is never told the outcome.

Can I leave at any time?
Yes. Ask, and your profile, answers and photos are deleted within the period set out in the privacy notice.

Verification

What is verified?
Identity, relationship status and background, through a provider that works under United States consumer law.

When do I consent?
Before anything is checked, in a separate written authorisation that you sign.

Does everyone go through it?
Yes. Women and men, Members and the Circle, the same interview and the same checks.

What is kept afterwards?
A record that you were verified and when. Copies of your documents are deleted once the check is complete.
